Because our products are digital products that can be accessed, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or as otherwise stated below.

1. Digital Products

No More Tomorrow sells digital products, including AI-powered planning systems, guides, templates, prompts, worksheets, and other downloadable or digital resources.

Once a purchase has been completed and access to a digital product has been provided, the purchase is generally not eligible for a refund.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be physically returned and may be copied or retained after access has been provided.

2. Before Purchasing

Please review the product description, included materials, features, and requirements before purchasing.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your needs, contact us before purchasing.

Some No More Tomorrow products may require access to a compatible third-party AI platform or other external service. The availability, features, pricing, or policies of those third-party services are outside our control.

Purchasing a No More Tomorrow product does not guarantee access to or compatibility with every third-party AI platform.

3. Exceptions

Although purchases are generally non-refundable, we may consider a refund in limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate purchases made accidentally
• A significant technical issue that prevents access to the purchased product and cannot reasonably be resolved
• An incorrect product being delivered due to an error on our part
• Other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis where applicable.

4. Technical Problems

If there is a genuine problem accessing or downloading a purchased product, please contact us before requesting a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.

If the issue can reasonably be resolved by providing access, correcting a delivery issue, or providing technical assistance, we may do so instead of issuing a refund.

5. Change of Mind

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind
• Deciding not to use the product
• Not having enough time to use the product
• Not achieving a desired personal or business result
• Not liking the product after purchase
• Failure to use the product
• Failure to follow the product instructions
• Lack of access to a required third-party service

No More Tomorrow products are tools designed to support planning, action, and consistency. Individual results will vary and are not guaranteed.

6. AI-Generated Results

Some products include AI-powered planning.

AI-generated plans and recommendations can vary depending on the information provided, the AI platform used, and other factors.

Differences in AI output, unexpected AI responses, or dissatisfaction with an AI-generated plan do not automatically qualify for a refund.

If the product itself is technically defective or cannot reasonably be used as described, please contact us so we can review the issue.

7. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment platform where possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in an account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be handled appropriately.
